Condition 1 - Fields of Application and Modification of the General Conditions of Sale

These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between NOBILIS Fleurs and its customer within the framework of a distance selling system, both parties accepting them without reservation.

These conditions will prevail over all other conditions. NOBILIS Fleurs reserves the right to adapt or modify these general conditions of sale at any time. In case of modification, the general conditions of sale in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order.

Any order placed with NOBILIS Fleurs necessarily entails the validation of the general conditions of sale and therefore the acceptance of these. Clicking on the icon "'accept general conditions of sale" means that you accept these general conditions of sale.

Condition 2 - Price

The prices are indicated in Euros all taxes included, excluding delivery costs. They take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros.

NOBILIS Fleurs reserves the right to make promotions. These promotions are offered on fixed dates and on limited stocks.

Promotional codes are valid for a limited time. After the deadline indicated, your reduction will be permanently lost. Only one promotional code can be accepted when ordering.

Condition 3 - Presentation of the offer and availability of products

Our products are presented on the page Our BOUQUETS, in the form of images and descriptive texts. These images are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not accurately represent the item. Our product and price offers are available while stocks last.

All product orders are subject to their availability at the time of the customer's order. We undertake to keep the customer informed on the availability of the product and to offer him an alternative solution or a refund of the amount of the unavailable product.

The refund will be made within 45 (forty-five) days following the information communicated to the customer by NOBILIS Fleurs that the product is not actually available.

Condition 4 - Products

The information relating to the size, the height of the bouquets, the caliber, the number of branches are given for information only and cannot be considered as contractual. Indeed, our method of supply may lead us to replace an item with a very similar equivalent product, but whose characteristics may be different.

All the photos appearing on the site are not contractual. In addition, the information displayed on the sites is intended to lead the Internet user to make his choice as well as possible in full knowledge of the facts and is therefore not contractual.

Condition 5 - Order

The data recorded by NOBILIS Fleurs constitute proof of all transactions between NOBILIS Fleurs and its customers. The contract is archived in computer form. The data recorded by the secure payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.

Condition 6 - Payment

The order is placed online and payable by credit card.

Payment will only be considered effective when the payment centers concerned have given their consent. In case of refusal of said centers, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer informed. In addition, NOBILIS Fleurs reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or serious doubt. In the event of non-payment, the amount of the outstanding payment will automatically be increased by 25 euros for management and collection costs. NOBILIS Fleurs also reserves the right to cancel any order without having to justify the reason and for reasons of its own. NOBILIS Fleurs does not accept checks, money orders, cards, postage stamps or cash.

Condition 7 - Preparation of orders

To guarantee you the best conditions of freshness of our articles, all our bouquets are prepared in our workshop, on demand. Each stage of the order preparation process is ensured with the aim of preserving the maximum freshness of the plants.

Condition 8 - Deliveries

Condition 8.1 - Delivery zones and prices

NOBILIS Fleurs ensures the delivery of items for sale on the site www.nobilis-fleurs.be , in four geographical areas. These are detailed on the site.

NOBILIS Fleurs allows itself a period of 24 hours to process the receipt of an order.

A participation, called delivery costs is invoiced to the customer of a value:

- Zone 1: From 10 € for the following postal codes: 1000-1020-1030-1040-1050-1060-1070-1080-1081-1082-1083-1090-1140-1150-1160-1170-1180-1190-1200 -1210.

- Zone 2: From 13 € for the following postal codes: 1120-1130-1560-1600-1601-1602-1620-1630-1640-1700-1701-1702-1731-1780-1800-1861-1930-1932-1950 -1970-3080-3090.

- Zone 3: From 16 € for the following postal codes:

1330-1331-1332-1310-1480-1500-1650-1651-1652-1653-1654-1730-1742-1750-1770-1790-1830-3040-3070.

- Zone 4: From 20 € for the following postal codes: 1300-1301-1340-1348-1370-1380-1400-1414-1420-1421-1440-1460-2180-3051-4420-6000-7000-7060-7090 -7100-7850-9052-9160-9300-9406.

If the delivery area, therefore the delivery amount was incorrectly encoded when ordering, NOBILIS Fleurs will request the difference in the amount at the time of delivery.

The products are delivered to the delivery address that the customer specifies when confirming his order.

In the event of an incomplete or false address or even a lack of information resulting in the impossibility of delivery, NOBILIS Fleurs cannot be held responsible for the quality of said delivery.

condition 8.2 - Method of delivery

The delivery to the customer is transported by the care of the NOBILIS Flowers team.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Sunday. The customer or a person authorized to receive the products must therefore be present during this time slot.

The consent of the delivery window is made when ordering at the “Delivery” stage.

In the absence of the customer, the product cannot be delivered.

In the event of extreme cold or on the contrary, strong heat, and to guarantee the quality of the plants upon receipt at your home (risk of frost or high heat during transport), we suspend the shipment of orders pending milder temperatures. NOBILIS Fleurs keeps you informed of the normal resumption of shipments.

Condition 9 - Reception

Condition 9.1 - Collection at the workshop

NOBILIS Fleurs authorizes the reception of products for sale on the site www.nobilis-fleurs.be at the workshop.

The products can be received at the workshop address. And this, Monday to Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Without exception.

Reception hours may be exceptionally modified in certain cases. The customer will be informed via the website and must take this into account when ordering.

NOBILIS Fleurs declines all responsibility in the event of litigation, break-ins or infringements along the public highway where the workshop is located (report, accident, theft, etc.).

If the product has not been received on time. NOBILIS Fleurs will not reimburse the product under any circumstances.

There is no additional charge for the workshop reception.

Condition 9.2 - Verification of the order during delivery / reception

The customer must imperatively check the conformity and the quantity of the articles during the delivery - reception.

No complaint is accepted in advance or late delivery.

Any complaint concerning the conformity and the quantity of the items delivered must be notified to NOBILIS Fleurs, within 2 days of receipt of the package. Beyond this period, the delivery is considered accepted.
